Larch Clad garden rooms standard features

All under 2.5m no planning  required *please check with your local authority as some areas vary.

We use Larch Clad or Scandinavian redwood (Cedar option available)  which is fixed to 75×50  framing with a vapour barrier  60mm insulation with a plaster board finish, 4 x twin sockets in brushed steel along with spot lights and data cables. Bi fold doors as standard.

The floor is constructed using 75×50 frame work with 60mm insulation with 19mm OSB3 top and bottom with is then sat on a galvanised steel frame we also include click flooring skirting and architrave.

When specifying Bi-Fold doors the roof is 100mm insulated steel sheets with a powder coated steel facia.
