We have products you can order, take away on the same day, and they’re even a wee bit cheaper than a few big brand competitors.

In need of some planks of timber to lift up a languid Silver-Birch, or to rectify the slight gap in the decking, resulting from… a family barbeque bonanza? Do you need some for firewood for your wood burner? Maybe you’re making your own frame for fixing up the pergola too? The possibilities are endless, and… timber planks are available at the Castleford Showroom, all-year-round.

Has the fenced boundary lines between your outdoor space, and your neighbour’s, been blown away? Need to regain your own space again? The Castleford branch can help you out. Lap fencing panels (available in the standardised six foot), and some European-style fencing panels (where measurements differ a little), can be purchased and picked up here, all-year round.

On that note of all-year-round, the Castleford Showroom features their products in an indoor showroom. This means the Castleford Showroom can be accessed with ease, all-year-round.

(As an aside, the showroom entrance has a ramp, with double doors and wide walkways, so all customers can gain access).

Do I need an appointment to visit the Castleford showroom?

No. Visits to the Castleford showroom can happen anytime, during our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

(Please note, our South Milford showroom is open on the weekends – Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm & Sunday, 10 am to 3 pm; South Leeds is open on the Saturday, between 8 am and 3pm, but closed on the Sunday; North Leeds is open on the Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm – like they are Monday to Friday, and… on Sunday, 10.30 am to 4.30 pm)

As an aside, for more complex requests, a quick call or message through to our sales team may help support us, to support you in getting the best of what you can get.

Can I get advice on installation?

Yes. In fact, our invaluable team here at Atkinsons are working on projects right now, and in the near future, we will have (on here and on our socials) pinned posts of ‘how to’ videos.

Small disclaimer. Videos will likely be time lapses of instructional installs for specific products on most platforms. This means they are not factually representative of the actual time and labour which goes into an installation. Should this be a need customers would like, the team at Atkinsons will look to provide the full-length instructional videos, most likely on our YouTube channel. If you as an Atkinsons customer would like this option of a full-length, time and labour intensive video, please get in touch via our contact us page, on our social media pages.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. When you order products through our website we ask for your address and necessary contact details as standard. Up to a certain vicinity in the Yorkshire area, for small light-weight products, the delivery costs are relatively low.

Can I see composite fencing samples?

Samples in photos can be seen throughout our website, and in-person you can see the panels, before you you buy. As for select samples, they are not readily available for a number of products as these must be ordered in, and in some cases, a sample may be another cost to you as our customer. However, if this is a service you would like, and you’re happy to pay the price for the samples, we are happy to provide. Please contact us via the details on our website, through our social media channels, or come in to one of our showrooms and we can assist you from there.

What payment options do you have online and in your showrooms?

Online, we offer a variety of payment options. At the checkout you have at least five payment options on offer to you: PayPal, Klarna, Pay Later, Google/Apple Pay, and via your credit/debit card. In our showrooms? Cash, credit or debit card and Google/Apple Pay. We do not readily take American Express.
